Aether respects the intellectual property of others and asks the same of everyone who shares here. Every image should be one you created or have the right to share. If you believe content on Aether infringes your copyright, you can ask us to remove it using the process below.

Reporting infringement

Send a written notice to novastepstudio@gmail.com that includes all of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
  2. The exact location (URL) of the material on Aether you want removed.
  3. Your contact information — full name, address, email, and phone.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Once we receive a complete notice, we will review it promptly and remove or disable access to the material if appropriate.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact information, identification of the removed material and its prior location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others may be suspended or removed.

This page is a good-faith takedown process, not legal advice. Filing a knowingly false claim may carry legal liability under applicable law.
